Had a Rinnai split system and heat pump installed at my place. After the initial deposit, they had all the equipment delivered to my place within 48 hours and the installers (electricians and plumbers) within 2 days (after delivery). The equipment was installed without fuss and site left clean. The electricians and plumbers certainly knew their profession and undertook works with professionalism and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
